ABOUT THE ROLEPLAY

- Roleplay is like that of life, you're not the star in every scene, this isn't a movie that your character is the heroine of. It's a community, it's about the whole, and you're a contributing factor.

- Your Occupation within Ravenhurst is important. Everyone requires some kind of resources to get by, and unless your character is A) Rdiculously Wealthy B) A Vagrant - you should quickly determine a source of your income and invest some time in RP in this regard.

- The roleplay within the sim is inclusive of many varieties and styles in a free form environment. There are general guidelines and definitions - but the rp will be generally what you bring to it, whether it be characters based on Stephen Kings novels, Anita Blake, table top / larp systems such as world of darkness, video games such as silent hill, or even tv shows such as wolf lake, the gates, true blood, or movies such as underworld.

- Characters will be expected to hide supernatural race or ability. The sim is designed for both humans and supernaturals to co-exist, even befriend and support each other as the case may be. Supernaturals might disclose themselves to a trusted friend, but would not visibly around public areas display fangs, teeth, tails, ears etc.. They would also be careful not to use certain abilities around humans or others where the ability itself would be cause for curiosity or raise red flags.
